To support our clients we have run numerous certification courses and tailored Agile training programs. We are now offering these courses to the public. We have scheduled a series of certification courses for Scrum Masters and Product Owners who are working in complex Scaled Agile environments and wish to explores the role of Scrum in the context of the entire enterprise using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This framework has shown to improve time to market, predictability, product quality and employee engagement. The first key to a successful SAFe implementation is training.
Which course is right for you?
In this two-day course, you’ll gain an understanding of the role of Scrum Master in a SAFe enterprise. Unlike traditional Scrum Master training that focuses on the fundamentals of team-level Scrum, the SAFe 4.0 Scrum Master course explores the role of Scrum in the context of the entire enterprise, and prepares you to successfully plan and execute the Program Increment (PI), the primary enabler of alignment throughout all levels of a SAFe organization. This includes learning the key components of scaled Agile development, how Scrum is facilitated throughout the enterprise, and how to execute iteration planning. You’ll also discover how to build high performing Agile teams by becoming a servant leader and coach, and how to coach those teams to deliver the maximum business value that is achievable through SAFe.

Our ZXM Training Courses:
We have developed context-specific training and coaching specific material and delivered custom coaching programs to assist different areas – some involved with software products and others in policy areas – to build a learning culture that optimises the flow of work, identifies waste, and enables people to work smarter, not harder.
Our agile courses are designed to raise awareness of the value of agile methods, their key concepts, and benefits. Importantly, they are delivered with the insights of applied knowledge based on a decade of agile experience.
By leveraging our experience as agile practitioners, we will enable your attendees to use tools and simple practices immediately after the course. We will help them to know where to start when embarking on an agile initiative, project or even transforming the way they do business-as-usual work.
Zen Ex Machina uses a multi-disciplinary approach that includes a highly collaborative and engaging play-based learning style over traditional front-of-the-class methods. The workshop approach helps us communicate complex concepts and theories in a way that makes it easier for people to immediately apply agile principles and practices regardless of their work context.
